While Charging:
In order to properly charge trackers, please make sure that they are seated in the port with the rounded edge toward the USB and the indicator lights facing upward.
Inside the wraps/during workouts:
To ensure your trackers are in a good position during your workout, we have placed small slots in the quick wraps for your trackers to slide into easily. After pairing your trackers and putting on your quick wraps, simply put the red tracker into the red quick wrap with the rounded edge of the tracker, parallel to your wrist, facing your knuckle and the indicator light facing upwards. Do the same process with the blue tracker in the blue wrap.
